REFUNDS/RETURNS
All sales are final UNLESS there are issues on our part (e.g., We Shipped you out the wrong color, you received the wrong size, or the product is damaged). In that case, you will be provided with a refund or reshipment.
We cannot refund or edit your order after the item has already passed through the printing stage which is usually in 24hrs after the order is placed. Please contact us as quick as you can for any issues or errors made while ordering. (EX: Buying the wrong color, Buying the wrong size, wrong address).
Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once orders leave our location the package is in the care of the postal handler. The customer is required to submit a claim directly with the courier and follow their guidelines. USPS recommends waiting 15 days before assuming a package is lost/stolen. After 15 days, please call the customer service team of USPS:
